WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS! In the classroom, at home or work, and virtual school, all use Positive Actions to focus on community well being. The Morgan County Partnership join us each Wednesday for a moment to focus on physical health by following School Therapist, Lacee Kidwell, in gentle stretches and mindfulness for when you may be feeling anxious or stressed....just breathe, stretch, and relax, and wait for your thoughts to become positive.

Yoga poses- TABLE, ROCK, TABLE, DOWNWARD DOG, FORWARD FOLD, SEATED SIDE BEND, PRETZEL TWIST, STAR, AND WARRIOR 1
Relaxation- energy flow
