Welcome to "PAW"sitive Actions Daily Community Character Vlogcasts!  Today is Monday, April 8th, 2019!!! Just look at the sun rising this week on a beautiful new day!

Mrs. Hott is SUPER excited to share Positive Actions with Morgan County students because today, and each Monday, is now... 

"MOTO Monday!"    

or, "Motovation Monday" where we will see a vlog to get our week "motored-up" with positive thoughts, actions, and feelings. 

Our PAWsitive Action word of the week is:

CARING

For Positive Actions, we are learning about wonderful words that help build our Social and Emotional Wellness to help us all get along (at home, school, and in the community), raise our student assets, build confidence, and improve our academics! This week, we will hear a 10 year old who talks about "why be kind?", we will see some caring students from our school, hear all about EMPATHY and COMPASSION, and visit a new friend, Ms. Gretchen, who works in the restaurant at Roy's.  In the Cougar Den with Mrs. Hott, we will video acts of kindness, then try them in our homes, school, and community!

Do YOU know that "the way we think about ourselves controls how happy, healthy, and successful we will be"?  In Positive Actions this year, we are discovering that we each have beautiful, unique characteristics that are all important and valuable to our Cougar Community, here, at school, and at home.
